Service Description

A weekly online coaching call online. Daily check-ins for structure, support, and accountability. 5 days a week generally twice a day, AM and PM. The intent is to build consistency, routine, and develop executive functioning habits that support individual goals through planning, accountability, and feedback. Check-in windows are set outside the system of a calendar. They can be Email, sharing Docs, verbal check ins via Marco Polo
