What IS Body Doubling?
Our 1 hr group online work session includes a brief time for clients share their goal for the session then turn off their microphones. They work along side one another, and then share their progress. This is an opportunity for gentle accountability, presence, and social support. It works remarkably well! I am present for all sessions and available for simple reinforcement.
When an Assessment Is Recommended
Many students benefit from beginning with a comprehensive Executive Functioning assessment so we can tailor support to their specific needs. This process includes record review, parent and student interviews, and a written recommendations report. When families commit to a 3-month coaching package, 50% of that fee is applied toward the package total.
